Dalian film blower is suitable for blowing low density polyethylene (LDPE), high density polyethylene (HDPE) and linear low density (LLDPE) plastic film is widely used in the internal and external packaging of civil and industrial products such as fruits, food, clothing, textiles, bacteria planting, daily necessities, etc. Film blower is mainly composed of head, extruder, foam holder, herringbone, traction roll, cooling device, die, winder, etc.

The first part is divided into five heating zones:

Reeling rod (diameter 5CM), housing 7, 6CM, 11kw motor (host) driven. One, two and three heating zones are divided from the inlet and outlet.

Next turn upward, belonging to the four heating zones, the machine is called three-way, one-way, three-area, two-way network outlet, three-way, FIVE-AREA

The fifth heating area is the discharging area, which turns from flat to upward through three openings, called the membrane head, which is the most critical part of the machine. The accessories are the blowers.

The second part is the traction area, where the total height is about 3 or 5 meters. The accessories are the pump.

The third part is the winding area.

The main materials are: low-pressure polyethylene HPPE with high-pressure polyethylene LLDPE mixture, low-pressure materials mainly account for about 80%. The higher the pressure, the better the pull force. The disadvantage is that there is no stiffness, too much will cause the blown out membrane to swing back and forth, making the blown out membrane closed unevenly, or even can not be blown at last.

Lifetime of Screw of Film Blower

6. Film blower screw uses the most advanced alloy spraying technology, after precision processing, it has higher hardness, better corrosion resistance and long life, which is 2-3 times longer than that of nitriding screw.

The height of the blower is set according to the width of the film. The height of a 1-meter blower should be about 4 meters if it does not have a rotating mould. If you add a rotating abrasive tool, the height should be increased by 0.4 to 0.5 meters. If you blow HDPE, 9.5 folds of the above height are allowed.

The only solution is to dig down and put the extruder under the ground, which may save a little construction investment. Or there is no other good way to add windows to your house (to raise the roof above the traction auxiliaries).
