How to Deal with Exhaust Gas from Film Blower

Activated carbon adsorption tank: The principle of activated carbon adsorber is that the exhaust gas is pre-treated to remove particulate matter and then enters the activated carbon adsorber. The gaseous pollutants in organic exhaust gas are trapped, absorbed and concentrated by activated carbon, thus the exhaust gas is purified.

The activated carbon adsorption tank has the advantages of high efficiency, mature technology, simple structure, convenient maintenance, easy operation and can be mixed with various exhaust gases. It is suitable for the treatment of paint (paint) exhaust, organic exhaust, odor exhaust, soldering tin exhaust and other harmful and toxic exhaust gases produced in the production process of factories and enterprises.

When the film blower is working, some of the exhaust gases can also be well treated. When the film blower is working, polyethylene plastic particles form films through the film blower and then coat with the compound machine. Both processes will produce organic exhaust gas. Now, the environmental protection supervision is more and more stringent.

PE film blower, in order to provide workers with a good production environment for their health, needs to treat the organic exhaust gas generated. Organic exhaust gas generated by film blowing machine is generally treated by activated carbon adsorption tank or catalytic combustion equipment with activated carbon adsorption and desorption.
