What are the test items of PE film products?

1. Tensile strength and elongation at break: according to GB 1040, the film tensile strength sampling method shall be type IV sampling method.

2. Right angle tear strength: according to hg2-167, the binding test group is used for test. The test instrument can be PC intelligent electronic tensile testing machine [XLW (L)] or intelligent electronic tensile testing machine (XLW).

3. Determination of self-adhesive (shear peel strength): cut ten 50 mm long and 25 mm wide samples, two of which are a group, stretch each group of samples on the tensile machine, measure the force required for the separation of the two samples, and take the arithmetic mean of the five groups of samples. The test equipment shall comply with the provisions of GB 1040, and the tensile speed shall be 250 ± 50mm / min.

4. Gas transmittance: According to the stipulation of the permeability test method of GB 1038 plastic film, the instrument adopts the permeability tester (BTY-B1).

5. Water vapor permeability: According to the test method of water vapor permeability of GB 1037 plastic film and sheet, the instrument adopts the moisture permeability tester (TSY-T1, TSY-T3).

6. Thickness measurement: according to the stipulation of mechanical measurement method for thickness measurement of GB 6672 plastic film and foil, the instrument chooses film thickness gauge (CHY-C1).

7. Determination of transmittance and mist.

Energy saving of film blower can be divided into two parts: one is power part and the other is heating part.

Power part energy-saving: most of the energy-saving methods are frequency converters. The energy-saving method is to save the excess energy consumption of the motor, such as the actual power of the PE film blower motor is 50Hz, while you only need 30Hz in production. The excess energy consumption is wasted. The frequency converter is to change the power output of the motor to achieve energy-saving effect.

Energy saving in heating part: most of energy saving in heating part is by electromagnetic heater, and the energy saving rate is about 30% - 70% of the old resistor ring.

1. Compared with resistance heating, electromagnetic heater has an additional insulation layer, which increases the utilization of heat energy.

2. Compared with resistance heating, the electromagnetic heater acts directly on the feed tube heating, reducing the loss of heat transfer energy.

3.Electromagnetic heaters heat more than a quarter faster than resistive heating, reducing heating time.

4. Compared with resistance heating, electromagnetic heater has faster heating speed and higher production efficiency, which saturates the motor and reduces the power loss caused by high power and low demand.

The above four points are the reasons why the energy saving on film blower is as high as 30%-70% as that of electromagnetic heater.
