The maintenance of PE film blowing machine is very important. Long term full load operation will cause great loss to the fuselage. If the fuselage is not cleaned and maintained in time, it is easy to have problems.
When cleaning the extruder and die mouth, copper knife, rod or compressed air can be used for cleaning, but do not damage the screw and the smooth surface of the screw.
Before starting the machine, the reducer and lubrication device shall be checked to avoid dry operation, damage to the machine and noise.
Within the range of film forming conditions, increase the forming temperature, cooling air temperature and expansion ratio; Then the film turbidity increases and the gloss decreases; On the contrary, improve.
When the die discharge is uniform, wear gloves to slowly lift the tube blank, close the end of the tube blank at the same time, slightly open the air inlet regulating valve to put a small amount of compressed air from the central hole of the mandrel, and then carefully lead it through the foam stabilizer and herringbone plate, and thread it into the traction roller and guide roller until coiling (if embossing is required, it shall pass through the embossing roller)
The compressed air pressure of the expanded tube blank shall be appropriate, which can not break the tube blank, but also ensure the symmetry and stability of the membrane tube, so as to relatively ensure the production quality.
Common faults of film blowing machine and their solutions
Difficulty in mold drawing:
(1) Improper head temperature control: the head temperature shall be adjusted appropriately.
(2) Uneven die discharge: the die clearance shall be adjusted and the temperature of the head connector shall be properly adjusted at the same time.
(3) The molten material contains coke impurities: purify raw materials and clean the machine head and screw.
(4) Improper control of extrusion process conditions: the process conditions shall be adjusted appropriately.
Deflection of bubble tube:
(1) Body and die temperature is too high: reduce it appropriately.
(2) Head connector temperature is too high: reduce it appropriately.
(3) Uneven die discharge and uneven film thickness: properly adjust die clearance and head connector temperature.
Film surface texturing:
(1) The temperature of the fuselage or nose is low and the melt plasticization is poor: appropriately increase the temperature of the fuselage or nose.
(2) Screw speed too fast: slow down appropriately.
(3) Screw temperature is too high or too low: the screw temperature is controlled within the appropriate temperature range by adjusting the flow of cooling medium in the screw.
The bubble tube is reed shaped:
(1) The clamping force of the traction roller is too small, or the speed of the traction roller is affected by the regular change of mechanical transmission resistance: appropriately increase the clamping force of the traction roller, repair the mechanical transmission part of the traction device, and make the speed of the traction roller stable.
(2) The traction speed is unstable and the wind pressure of the cooling air ring is too large: for this, the traction speed shall be adjusted to make it run stably; The wind pressure of the air ring shall be properly reduced.
Bubble tube swing:
(1) Melt temperature is too high: properly reduce the body and nose temperature.
(2) The cooling efficiency of the cooling air ring is too low: appropriately increase the air pressure and air volume of the air ring.
(3) The friction between the bubble tube and the herringbone splint is too large: appropriately increase the included angle of the herringbone splint and reduce the contact area between the bubble tube and the splint.
(4) The head temperature is too low, it is difficult to discharge, and the film bubble jumps: appropriately increase the head temperature and increase the screw speed.
Poor transparency:
(1) Body or nose temperature is too low: increase it appropriately.
(2) Insufficient bubble tube cooling: improve the cooling efficiency of the cooling system, increase the air pressure and air volume of the air ring, and appropriately reduce the extrusion speed.
Film wrinkle:
(1) Uneven film thickness: adjust the film thickness.
(2) Insufficient or uneven cooling: strengthen the cooling efficiency or appropriately reduce the forming speed.
(3) The herringbone splint or traction roller is not aligned with the center of the machine head: recalibrate the center line.
Poor film opening:
(1) Body and nose temperature is too high: reduce it appropriately.
(2) The clamping force of the traction roller is too large or the traction speed is too fast, and the cooling is poor: reduce the clamping force or reduce the traction speed.
(3) Poor cooling: improve the cooling efficiency of the cooling system
(4) Too little lubricant: add an appropriate amount of internal lubricant
(5) Too much plasticizer: reduce its dosage and select high-efficiency plasticizer as much as possible.
Uneven winding:
(1) Uneven film thickness: adjust the film thickness.
(2) The traction officer's clamping force is uneven and the film deviates: adjust the clamping force to make the clamping force on the roll surface uniform.
(3) The air in the bubble tube is entrained into the membrane, causing wrinkles: adjust the clamping force of the clamp to eliminate the gas in the membrane tube.
Frost line too high:
(1) Head temperature is too high: reduce it appropriately.
(2) Too much extrusion: properly reduce the screw speed.
(3) Insufficient cooling: increase the air volume of the cooling air ring.
