Mechanical maintenance of film blowing machine

1、 Electrical maintenance:

Ensure the stability of power supply, and the parameter setting meets the requirements

Maintain proper temperature and humidity

2、 Feeder system

Dispose of the filter in time

3、 Extruder system

Observe the pressure gauge and ammeter

Check the gearbox for noise

Check the frequency and current of the frequency converter

Difference between measured temperature and actual temperature of thermocouple

4、 Die system

Clean the accumulated material with a pure copper scraper before starting and stopping the film blowing machine, so as to reduce the influence of precipitates on film bubbles

After shutdown, protective measures shall be taken to prevent mold damage

5、 Air ring maintenance

Clean the sundries and dust on the air ring in time

6、 Traction device maintenance

The flattening roller operates flexibly and the herringbone plate is not polluted

7、 Electrical processor maintenance

Regularly clean the discharge roller and discharge rack.
